Nice 12th century church surrounded by idyllic and well restored houses. Church was unfortunately locked when I stopped by.

Very fresh and peaceful! We arrived this place in the beginning of October and the wind from the ocean flew so strongly!
The foundation of this church, is as old as Denmarks oldest trading town Ribe, which also lies on the west coast of Denmark, not far from Ballum by car. The church has a rich and interesting history and also the decor inside is quite unique.
Beautiful church
Ort zum Energie tanken. Insbesondere die umliegenden Häuser sind sehens- und bewohnenswert. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten mit Ausblick auf das Wattenmeer vorhanden. Der Sonnenuntergang ist hier ein Traum. Ein Zugang zum Wattenmeer ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Ein Spaziergang hier lohnt sich.
