I'll just repeat, what others have said: our waiter Frederik was the sweetest, most service minded and attentive person. The food was absolutely delicious - especially the fish (a well-roasted yet very juicy piece of halibut). Thank you for a wonderful evening!

お肉もお魚もおいしかったのですが、牡蠣が非常に美味しく、ホテルに滞在中二回も食べました。リンゴなどで酸味を付けていて、思い出すだけでも、食欲が湧いてきます。 ソースはキノコを使って出汁をとっているため、日本人の私好みの味でした。
