I love the shop the people are very helpful and very fun and nice i feel very welcomed when i come in and one of the people that worked there didn't talk to me like i was a customer she talked to me as a friend so i thought it was very nice being in there

Great brand. Very polite and nice staff. Wosh thry had more in stock, though. But I could have been unlucky.

Surprisingly bad service, didn't feel welcome there. Employees were engaging with friends and it felt like disturbing the hangout. Took me some time to ask for some help and to be able to try other sizes. When trying to follow up, I was brushed off by the employee with that I'd have to go up a size if they don't fit (I was asking about width) and then received no more help. Put the shoes back and left the store after that. They are working hard for not making a sale, I have to give them that.

With social distancing in place, they only allow 6 pax in store. We nevertheless got ignore by the staff as they preferred to stay on their phones or walk around without any purpose. Disappointing attitude For better service, try Illum or Magasin du Nord close by

The lady working here was very knowledgeable about the shoes and also helpful. I wish there was a greater selection of shoes, especially ones with wide soles, but I will give this a five star because the lack of inventory is outweighed by the great service I received. Would recommend!

Good location and good selection of Birkenstocks. However could not find some of the clogs models, no insoles available either. I would also appreciate if Birkenstock made some models without the toe relieve as it can be painful for some feet. Otherwise all good.
