The plant design enables use of untreated, freshly produced CO2-neutral wood chips from forestry operations as fuel. The Combined Heat and Power System was powered by an innovative but uncomplicated gasification process that turns wood chips into a combustible gas. The system was designed for use of ordinary wood chips from forestry operations as fuel.The combined heat and power system was in particular aimed for: -District heating plants in supply of small and midsize heating networks , -Major industrial electricity and heat supply -Large public building facilities
