Sold me a bike for 3500 kr, with a two year warranty. I went back to claim the 'free service' he had offered, and was told I needed to pay 700 kr for a new pedals & chain. This is a scam.

Can't recommend at all - very bad service. Out of the 4 things they had to repair on my bike, they fixed one and then broke something else in the process (and they not own up to it). When I came back to ask them to fix the flat tire properly , so it could last more than a few hours, the owner was rude to me. Unfortuntely this is not the first time they have provided bad service, but it is definitely the last time I use their bike service for sure!

Very bad service and overpriced, you will be shocked by the prices, I'm not sure if what they are doing is legal when they setup very high prices. My bike has been broken again after repairing in this shop for a very crazy price and they did not acknowledge their fault and charged me again with another crazy amount ... repairing two times the same issue of my bile costed me half the price of the bike it self ... be careful, you really don't want to fix your bike here... just avoid this place at any cost .. there are a lot of honest bike shops in the city and this one is not one of them. Someone needs to stop them from fooling the people, I just don't want you to have a bad experience like mine ... Just search for another shop or just ask about the price before giving your bike and then you will understand why I'm writing this review

Worst service ever. Charged me 500 kr for putting lights on my bike (price not including the lights). Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Trying to sham the customers by saying both tyre and inner tube needs to be changed, when your bike is flat and only needs to be patched. I furthermore wanted them to shorten the bike chain, and their reply was that the chain and cog wheel needed to be changed too. Don't use this shop....

Kan varmt anbefale Bike Time for der var tid til at tale igennem hvad der var brug for at blive lavet og fik en rar og god betjening. plus gratis lånecykel i mellemtiden. 5 stjerner herfra!
