This is a great place to rent a bike to ride around Copenhagen. We emailed the day before asking for bikes. Received a prompt reply that bikes were confirmed. The only tricky part was finding the bikes in the basement upon arrival at the address. We arrived before it opened so the big sandwhich board was not out to help us. If you happen to arrive and walk through the courtyard, there is a big “wine bottle tree” and some stairs next to it going down - go down the stairs and turn to your right and there is a big room full of bikes - these are bikes belonging to residents but the office door for the rental bikes is straight ahead. The bikes had locks so you can ride to your destination, hop off, lock up and come back to bike no problems. You are also allowed to return the bikes after hours so it is flexible. The three bikes we had were in great shape and worked well. Owner even supplied lights in case we were out past sunset. Great central location to retrieve and drop off bikes.
Great bike rental service! The prices are very fair, you get to chose which bike you'd like to rent. The owner has been very kind and helpful when my Tyre was flat and immediately gave me a new bike. Can only recommand!
