Handed in my bike to fix both my brakes. The left one was now fixed and ok whilst the right one where they changed the cable was quite lose and didnt do a great job actually breaking. I managed to bike barely 0,5 km after picking it up before one of the breaks snapped and I had to crash the bike in order to make it stop at a stop signal and avoid traffic. Because it wasn’t the break they changed the cable to, the employees refused to take responsibility for this and didn’t apologize for what happened. I’m not the one who writes these reviews but this could have gone very bad. They were incredibly rude and did a sloppy job that resulted in me crashing - do NOT go here to fix your bike.

Baisikeli has such a great vibe to their team and it seems like they all really enjoy working together. Everyone is very service-minded and want to make sure that you have a great bike experience and they will advice against certain purchases, even if they could make money of it, just to make sure you get real value for your money.
One of the few places in Copenhagen where you can have a wheel hub assembled on a 20 inch wheel and with high quality service. Store seems to have good quality products also
