An amazing experience. We were here the third time in five years and the choice and quality of courses has even improved (if that is possible). It would not have been the same without Silas, who accompanied us through the evening with the highest level of expertise and friendliness.

Great Dining Experience. The food was really good here and the pairing with juice just made it better. Highly recommend this place for a unique gastronomic experience.
Nice ambience in basement of old building. 11 course dinner complemented by clockwork service. Friendly knowledgeable sommelier with wide wine list esp french burgs and bords plus us and italian wines. 5 snack starters and tasty sour dough. A very full meal.
Great experience for a classic Danish dishes. Expensive, but still at the moderated level. Big collection of French vines. The design of the place is very minimalist, reflecting Danish style.
Put simply this is for sure is onen of Copenhagens top fine dinning spots. This is first class service and the setting is just right for the kind of meal that you have on special occasions.Only the best, fresh ingredients are used and they spoil you from the moment you walk in the door until the final bite and sip have been taken. From excellent wines to surprising dishes everything is from the top shelf. This comes at a price so make sure to check that the bill doesn't exceed you're expectations.
Excellent restaurant and dining experience. The staff was attentive and helpful. Food was decadent and at time exotic.
Incredibly good food. One of the best two meals I've eaten in my life (arguably the best) - the offerings are fresh, inventive, interesting, have a wide variety of flavours and textures, and are consistently of very high quality, both in terms of the ingredients and the how they have been cooked/served. The wine pairings are also imaginative and quite eye-opening - the enthusiasm of our wine waiter was evident when we encouraged him to tell us more about each wine (I'm sure he would have just left us to the meal if we had shown that as a preference). Service is as good as you would expect. It *is* pricy. Not a cheap evening at all. If you are fortunate enough to be able to visit, however, it is just about as good as it gets in terms of restaurant dining.
