Tried to reach call center for couple of weeks, I called them a lot of times and spend quite a lot money on it, I was managed to reach them today and they said they couldn't provide any information, they said to write email. My first email had been written 3 weeks ago and I still don't have reply on it! It's so awful, they can directly say on their's site that there's no sense to call them about specific case, I would at least not waste my time and money on it
