Absoulte utter disgrace of a customer service they \provide at UPS\. Everything is designed in order to keep you away from being able to track your package or hold them accountable! Been waiting for one small package for two god damn weeks now but I am unable to reach the customer service because it is designed in a way to make sure you have to record your tracking number which the software is unable to understand 100% of the time and makes the entire process painstakingly slow and hyper inconveient. What this corrupt gigacompany does is not service, and it is not laughable. It is CRIMINAL!

You just drop all shipments to the pickup center then why do you even ask me to choose on in what way I want to collect? Previously, some of your people made a call and apologized for what some of delivery guys did but it doesn’t matter at all now. What delivery guys are doing? Just drive to each flat, stare at the entrance and leave? Is that what they do? Is that your delivery instruction to your staffs? Is it that difficult to press the intercom? Or no ability to read letters in Danish? Why without any notice from you, I should be able to forecast your action that you will just drop my shipment to the pickup center?
Received the “one and only” message saying that they tried to deliver the package to me yesterday but they couldn’t reach me. Therefore they left it at the delivery point and I have to pick it up MYSELF. I was home the whole yesterday and DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION FROM THE DRIVER! even a message! I have ordered quite many packages from Philips.dk and all of them (so far) have been delivered by UPS so I know the procedures well. This time, particularly, was a very bad experience from Philips’s delivery partner - UPS. I called the CS of Philips and she said there have been many cases like me, but she can do nothing but say sorry. At least she didn’t make any excuse for UPS as she understands their way of working. Completely disappointed of UPS service.
Fast at pickup nice service. failed totally on return delivery were home all day with no delivery. No help from the phone lady except for go pick it up tomorrow.... They should be more flexible. It is not my problem you guys don't know gow to knock on my front door...
Don’t even want to give one star. They never deliver packages and just drop it at the pick up point and let the receiver to pick it up, even thought the recipient is home!!! I have experienced this several times and I don’t want to buy something from a company which uses UPS as their delivery service.
Good service. Even in English. Professional. Know what they're doing. Will go out of their way to help you. Packaging. Filling the documents. Everything fluent and professional
