Amazing place. The dishes are well combined in taste, and the experience compared to the price is incredible. You will taste combinations you have not tried before going here, and the waiters are very friendly and does a good job in pairing wine to the food to improve the experience even further. When going back to Aalborg I will definitely go there again.

I recommend taking the twelve course menu including the wine pairing. All 12 dishes were avant-garde and delicious, with the flame grilled salmon as my favorite. All local Danish products. Expect to spend 3 hours here, but with a good pace. Also all allergies were handled very well.
Great value-to-money, delicious dishes, highly recommended! For 57 you get an excellent 12 course menu. Each dish is easily Michelin level. The service is very good, and doesn’t include all the regular “show”, like taking your jacket at the entrance and pouring you water when your glass is half empty. I’m guessing that that’s how they can offer such a good food for this great price. You can also order 5 glasses wine menu for an extra 50. Personally, I didn’t get excited by the wine as I got by the food. That being said, for the price of 50, it’s still a very good offer!

It's a lovely restaurant if you aren't price sensitive! The food was delicious, wine great! Only thing I could have wished for was a bit more fancy tableware... Much of it was very nice but mixed in was the simple IKEA plates, which seems like kind of a shame... But great restaurant!
Hard one to call, some things on the tasting menu was absolutely fantastic but the majority were just good and frankly some fell pretty flat. Wine pairing was traditional, solid but not exciting and not pairings that stood out in any way. Service was good, but inconsistent and served a chocolate snack despite the talk we had when ordering about allergies. Not a problem to not eat it, but a clear mistake. They also seems to have changed away from the communal seating which would have been fun. Don't want to be overly critical, it was a good meal! But the price point is for great, not good.
Great modern menu, good service and engaging staff, defo worth a visit. The pork cheek was a highlight for me.
