Waited 45 minutes in the computer department after taking a number to even get acknowledged by a human being. Messed up my Xbox preorder quite badly, so I have to go back and experience it all over again tomorrow.

Low prices. Nice people. I give 4 becouse the shop is situated in pietonal area and if you buy for exemple something heavy, you need to carry at least 100m.
Place is nicely organised. Workers there speak good English, and are helpful even if you ask them for info or help that's not really about the products in the shop.
