The shop itself is a good one with lots of building materials, tools, paints and other stuff. I was looking for a ladder and asked one of the employees, she couldn't help me (I guess she didn't understand English). It took me a long time going through this big shop to find what I was looking for. Helpful employees increases the stars to 5 for sure.
