A smiling and welcoming young man helped us design the most amazing juice. Full of taste, well balanced and fresh! The vegan ice cream enlightened our afternoon walk in this charming part of town. We'll be back! :)

Without exaggeration, it’s the coziest cafe in Viborg! It’s totally vegan, offering variety of fresh juices and gluten-free options of ice-cream, with a super friendly owner. A heaven for vegans or lactose/gluten intolerants for a divine cup of cappuccino or cafe latte! I would highly recommend it.
The first and the best organic, plant-based coffee juice bar in town. Zero-waste and recycling policy gives it even more value. A very diverse menu of drinks and ice-creams. Everything I tried so fat, I have enjoyed a lot! Quite affordable, with take away option and with cozy places to sit and joy the moment. Pablo is also a nice guy with great ideas and passion, positive and just gives an amazing costumer service everytime, he is always interested to hear if everything tastes good and fits the costumers expectations. Not to mention, being next door to a plant-based Cafe ReBorn makes it even more ideal. Definately a go-to place for anyone visiting or staying in Viborg!

Is og lækreste kaffe samt virkelige en super juice af de lækreste og sundeste frugt og grønt og pablo laver forresten også formidabel milkshake Pablos cafe ligger i det gamle viborg kvatere hvor man også kan sidde udengor og nyde sin juice og kaffe
Sød og venlig betjening. Virkelig mange lækre muligheder for plantebaserede kolde og varme drikke, etc. Kan klart anbefale et besøg på Pablos i VIborg
Lækre juice fra lækre råvarer og gode maskine. Pablo er venlig og gav os præcis den juice min søn havde brug for, selvom det var mere besværligt end vi kunne have bedt om. Det kan anbefales at spørge Pablo til gode kombinationer.
