Another failed delivery! This is the company that you should avoid like plagues. It's totally incompetent and lack of customer services, or any work ethics at all. I wish I could choose the courier company for my online purchase. I will avoid any online shopping with this courier again. What an appalling service! Yes, I'm referring to UPS Vejle for delivering to my area.
A courier shows up on the address, does not get out of the car not knowing that he can be seen from the window, and reports package as undeliverable. Customer support contacted within 15 tells me that I can get the package at pick up point and there is nothing they can do. Rubbish
I use UPS every day to ship all over the world. Great service. Pick ups and deliveries always in time.
