Cheaters, low profile company fined for parking near a closed restaurant which mentioned parking should be paid to restaurant and easy park shows not a paid parking area. Written them a complaint and never replied after a week. Hope your unhealthy business kingdom drop to sands.

Beware of their scam! All instructions are in danish ONLY. There are no barriers when entering the parking garage. You have to get a ticket with your credit card AND (!) leave this ticket behind your windshield. Once you return, you insert your CC again and pay for the duration of your stay. If you forget to put the ticket behind your windshield, you are screwed and get fined for another 100 - even if you have paid your ticket. NO customer service, NO good will, not even an eMail address available to talk to them. If you dont speak danish you are screwed! There are no instructions in english, nor in pictures. We even tried to ask locals in the garage, but they didnt speak english nor were able to explain this weird system to us. Customer support is not willing to drop the 100 fine, even we paid the ticket properly. They technically said "if you dont speak danish, its your bad". Worst customer support ever. Dont park there!
I have been Esbjerg at Borgergade street. I have got penalty/fine because I did not have some "parking disc". NEVER AGAIN!!! I visit whole Denmark and everywhere paid park fees. In this company foreigners do not know what to do for paing. PARKING DISCS are nowhere, employee is nowhere. 2 hour is free. That is nonsens. Do not believe this sentence. NEVER, BLACK POINT OF MY VISIT IN DENMARK.
Europark never again!!!! The worst parking company in Denmark. Zero communication with foreigns about payment. I would give here zero stars if it'll be possible!
Totally excessive fines, I had to pay 650 DKK for exceeding 5 minutes (after paying more than four hours!). I will never park at Europark again.
