HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They never try to deliver it to your door. Should remove delivery to door option if they are not going to deliver it to your door. Very unprofessional and never arrives on time. When asked for where my package is, they do not know where it is and said it will take 10 days to locate it. Would not recommend anyone to use this courier service. Poor customer service and delivery.

Don't do home delivery. Tried to return a product I had bought using DAO, the company does home deliveries at night (how stupid is that?) so the company is obviously closed, the package ends up in a shop for collecting. Obviously the company is not going to pick it up, I have to have the item returned to my adress, wasting time and money for nothing.
I filled out the form to send the package, paid Mobilepay, the money was collected and I did not get a code and an email confirming. I can't send package with that code. I send email to ask what's wrong, of course no answer. What a stupid service, you can't call there, nothing!! I don't recommend!
They lost two my package... unfortunately I have to use it sometimes but it’s a big risk.
They don't want to ring on the door bell to deliver your parcel - even though it's during day time. Bad service.
They absolutely never try to deliver bigger packages. You’re only gonna receive your package if it can fit the mailbox. OR if you pay expedite delivery, then magically they’re able to deliver, I’m just here at home and they sent this very irritating SMS saying that they couldn’t deliver my package. Well, if they at least tried to ring the bell, I’d be more than happy to open the door.
