DHL express charged import taxes on a box with letters inside, and they will not correct their fail, even when it is clearly stated letter on the box. Sending a letter (in this case letters in a box), is not supposed to be taxed. DHL would not help at all even if they wrongfully taxed a LETTER. Eventually i had to pay taxes for their mistake and the full price for posting.

If I could put minus, I would. The worse customer service ever. The deliver parcels to the wrong people, just let anyone sign for them, without the name being on the parcel, they claim you aren't home when they can't figure out to use the GPS in the car. Unfortunately some companies cooperate exclusively with DHL, so you can't choose. There 8s a reason the rates are so cheap, 8ts due to uselessness
Once again problems with this company, they text me that they attempted to deliver to my door. It's not true as if anyone press my doorbell it rings my phone no matter where I am and I will see it in my history of calls. Then they send it to a pick up point I went but the package was not there gone back to them. I phoned them and await to see if they will deliver to pick point we agreed on. Let's see. But first they wanted to bring to my door would be nice, but as they don't ring doorbell connected to my phone last time, don't trust them. Next time I have option I will use a different delivery company.
this is really bad experience with DHL because i already paid the delivery and duty charges and they didn't inform me before picking up the parcel that you have to pay more duty charges and they have to clear the duty fee for the parcel it's not my headache really bad experience with DHL the seller already paid all the charges and they charge again from me you need to wave the charges or close your shop.
Condescending and lazy delivery personnel - would not reccomend their services.
They didnt find me home for the delivery and they didnt left behind any clue about where they left the parcel. I tried to connect with them, they told that they will send me the address af the parcel but nothing. Really bad service. Unreliable.
I had the most terrible experience using DHL today. I arranged the pick up for today and specifically told them that I need an hour to print out the label first, therefore the customer service booked the pick-up time between 3 - 5 PM. At 2:30, the courier came and I told them that the package is not ready. He said he will come at 3, and yet he came again at 2:50, I tell him that it is still not yet 3 o'clock and he left. I immediately called the customer service to express my annoyance, they called me back 5 minutes later and told me that the courier will now pick up my package. I waited for 2 hours, and the courier did not show up. I called the DHL number again, and the customer service told me that the courier made a report saying that there is no shipment from the address - I, of course, were furious. I waited for 2 hours only to be told that the courier made a false report and no one is going to pick up my package today - it's Friday - so they will come to pick it up on Monday - easy for them to say. Instead of giving me an apology for the inconvenience they caused, the customer service said \it does not help that you are yelling\ then hang up. I mean, SERIOUSLY? How can I NOT raise my voice when they act very much unprofessionally? Update: The couriers just came (it's 18:08), they ring the bell, I picked up - they said its DHL and I open the door. I waited in front of my apartment door for 5 minutes and no one shows up. Instead, my husband - who stand in front of our apartment window that is facing the street - saw one of the couriers went outside of the DHL car, standing next to the car, went back in and they drove away a minute later. They did not even bother to come to my apartment. Very \excellence service\ indeed.
