EXTREMELY bad service I have never written a bad review in my life but this (lack of) service takes the price. My 83 year old mother has bought A LOT at Peter Hahn (so much that we jokes that Peter Hahn is her new boyfriend) She bought a cardigan and a sweater a while ago for my birthday and was very exited because it is the first items that she has ever bought for me at your store. She has frequently said that now it must soon arrive but nothing happened - no package, not a note saying that the delivery man had been there and not found her at home (which would also be impossible as she has not left the house because of Corona). In the end she phoned you. She was informed that the package had arrived about 2 weeks ago and was handed over to the package storage (a delivery that unlike any other mailorder company she has to pay for herself) but that it would returned today or tomorrow at the latest. She was told that she could go down there now and keep her fingers crossed that it was still there. My mother said that she does not dare because at the age of 83 she is advised to stay at home and avoid physical contact. She was met with NO sympathy - all in all you could not be bothered. My mother asked if you could resend it but was told that the sweater was out of stock so you could not just send it again. We are left with a couple of question: Why did you not inform her that the package had arrived - you have her e-mail address? Why is it impossible for you to resend the package since you did nothing to inform her that it had arrived in the first place? And finally: Is this what Peter Hahn calls service and caring for their vulnerable clients saying that she must leave the house and expose herself to Corona in order to collect her order? I do not think that I need to write how many stars I think you should have for ‘good service’ Per Gudmann

Ingen stjerner fra mig!!! Den dårligste service jeg NOGENSINDE har fået fra et firma. Jeg handler pænt meget på nettet og har da aldrig oplevet noget lignende. I 2½ måned ventede jeg på en bestilt jakke, der skulle bruges til fest og forår. Men den kom ikke. Ikke engang en servicemeddelse, da jakken ikke kunne leveres til tiden - 2 gange. Jeg måtte selv rykke - begge gange. Til sidst bare en, vi beklager- mail, så glat og upersonlig... Så overfladisk og ligegyldighed har jeg ikke set før fra nogen butikker før. Så bestemt INGEN anbefaling af Peter Hahn fra mig

Jeg har været meget glad for det jeg har modtaget, men de sidste to gange har jeg fundet en pakke ved fordøren, den ene gang i øsregnvejr. jeg har ringet til Peter Hahn og sagt at skal jeg fortsat handle hos dem måtte de sende mine varer med en anden distriputør, det kunne ikke lade sig gøre, e, så jeg måtte handle et andet sted, og så ville de anbefale at jeg at jeg klagede til GLS og ikke Peter Hahn
