I sent them my car because the air-condition was not working. I got it back a few days after, telling me that it was just missing some liquid. A few days later it was not working again. After summer vacation I sent it to them again to investigate. They told me that it was actually leaking and they need to keep my car for almost a week to fix it. When it was almost done, they called me to tell me that their mechanic crushed my car. They kept my car for one more week to fix it. That was a brand new car, that I bought 2 months before the initial meeting for the air-condition.. I got 2 bottles of wine and 1 car-wash for compensation..

This revew is for services not else. I had appointment for an oil change ....(them:be here at 12:30 after break_ me:ok) at 14:30 still waiting for the car, by the way it should not take more than 15/20 minutes.

Got a very nice car there. Honestly, I never purchase a car alone before, and was very lucky, the Sales gave many suggestions and help, as well the good loan/car service. There is a small detail makes me fully trust this company -- I got the key one day before Easter, and the salesman Oral-promised i can drive back after holiday and re-polish the car for me. And they did it as promised ( remember we did not sign any written agreement, they could just refuse to do it because I already drive the car many days). See! Isn't it a lovely story? I think the salesmans name is \Christian Daniel Hansen\ (hope I spell right). Thank you, Christian! Wish you everything good and will go to you when I update my car : )

De har en kampagne kørende nu at man kan tage en 24 timers køreprøve på bestemte modeller. Jeg bestiller en køreprøve, oven i købet snakker med sælger en uge før om det er 24 timers køreprøve, og bekræfter det. Da jeg kommer for at hente bilen, jeg må så ikke have bilen for 24 timer fordi kampagnen var udløbet jeg finder det samme kampagne igen på min mobil , og viser ham, så begynder han stille mig mærkeligt spørgsmål, hvorfor vil jeg have køre prøve på 24 timer om det er ikke nok 20 minutes prøve? Han står imod deres egen reklame og kampagner, der står stadig på hjemmesiden. Han begynder at lyve om den ene og den anden.. Og alle mulige falske ting for at dække over sine løgner, at der var noget galt med deres it system og det var ikke noget han ved. Til sidst han lover, at jeg godt tage køreprøve en bil for 24 timer men.. Først om 3 uger. Lad os se om det også går i vasken Totally dårlig service og kundebetjening
