I booked to test ride the S-Works Tarmac because I did not know which size would be suitable for me. On arrival I was told that the size I wanted to try has not been built (despite being a flagship concept store). Further I was not allowed to try a lesser model of the same size. I was told in order to try one I would have to agree to buy one first I had wanted to try it firstly to find the correct size, and secondly to compare it to the Cervelo R5. The salesman just went on and on about if Contador and Nibali won on it, it must be amazing. He did not even let me explain myself as he gibbered on. In conclusion, a dreadful experience with the customer service. I ordered my Cervelo instead on the same day
