Bad costumer service. We have been costumers at ØnskeBørn Slagelse, for almost 3 years now, but today we have got enough of their bad costumer service . From the beginning always, got many problems with this shop, but there is not so many at the center of Slagelse. We have bought many things for our child and almost always we have got problems with the sales assistance and the manager. So we decide to write about, and warn other parents about. 1- Be careful wen you buy clothes on sale, sometimes they are broken or missing buttons and sometimes they have spots by the sun, for been hanging out long time. An they dont accept changes. 2-The prices are higer at the shop than on the web side. 3- They are a franchise and they prefer to sale there products directly so they can have more profits. 4- You must be careful wen you buy anything there, because they dont reimburse the money back, so you have to buy an other thing and this is very irritating, wen you dont need anything more. 5-The last think but not les important, is that you can not try out the products before you buy them, so they make you buy the product go home, try at home, and after come back to change them.\But you can get the money back\ That not make sense. So at the end please dont buy anything at \Onskebørn Slagelse \ is just a nightmare, they have the worse costumers service in Denmark.

Det mest uprofessionel personale skal man lede længe efter.. vi har været i butikken 3 gange aldrig er vi endnu engang aldrig mødt med et hej, smil, eller om vi kunne hjælpes med noget. Som sagt meget uprofessionelt personale...
Dejligt sted med god kundeservice og stort udvalg
Det er en fin forretning, noget der gør den ekstra god er at de har amme og pusle rum bagerst i butikken ink mikrobølgeovn til at varme sutteflasker
