Washa picks up and delivers on-time and their drivers are friendly. The prices are also fair. I was a subscription member, I subscribed to the Washa Family medium tier package. As a subscription member, I was not treated well and the quality of cleaning was also mediocre. Therefore, Washa did not deliver on customer expectations. The impression I got when I called customer service was instead of desiring to improve customer experience or encourage customer loyalty, they'd rather punish me for my mistakes. Disclaimer: I recognise the fault was mine, and I was merely asking for an exception. Be aware: Washa attaches QR codes to your clothing, which are impossible to remove and are also a nuisance for customer's who care about their clothes. Please consider the other reviews before you use Washa. I hope you will have a better experience than I did!

UPDATE: After a long battle trying to get this company to see the sense of good customer service, they now have tried to invoice me for the extra delivery, when it was their fault in the 1st place. DO NOT trust this company. If something goes wrong you will suffer. ######################### For a company that has designs on entering the UK or even the USA market. The customer service is atrocious. I spoke with one of the founders, Jannick who rather than try to solve the issue which was caused by his company, he decided he did not need to listen to me and kept interrupting, lecturing me instead of listening. Overall a company with owners that have no clue how to deal with customers complaining about problems that they have caused. Stay clear and do not use this company.
Terrible, rude customer support and poor dry cleaning quality I've had two experiences with Washa. The first was decent - excellent pick up service and communication but the quality of the dry cleaning itself seemed hurried and incomplete (shirts not properly ironed). I will describe the second experience and leave you to judge if you want to use this service: the pick up service calls and literally hangs up while talking mid sentence. i call phone support and they get super aggressive with all kinds of supporting arguments for the driver - i filled in two address (directions to get my building were interpreted as an address), i dont answer the phone, I'm lying about being home and i'm lying about the timing of calls. It finally ends with me standing on the street with my clothes, their driver wasn't actually there and getting a scolding from customer service. The service is revolutionary in that they're turning the principles of marketing upside down - the customer is never right! Very dissapointed because this is such a great concept and personally i walked away from this with one of the most stinging, negative support interactions i've ever had.

ikke anbefalet. Der er aftalt at vi sender 9 kg tøj til vask men da jeg fik fakture så betaler jeg 2 x 7 kg. Og de laver ikke andet end at trække tid ud. dårlig service og useriøst arbejde.
