Bei der Ankunft war der Vermieter direkt unhöflich und frech. Er kam mit rassistischen Vorwürfen. Er wollte uns nicht die Schlüssel überreichen. Die Nachbarn haben uns angesprochen meinten das es öfter vorgekommen ist, dass er jemanden das Haus nicht übergeben wollte aber das Geld von der Person abzieht. Sein Ziel war es genau das gleiche bei uns zu machen deswegen habe ich Stundenlange telefonate geführt um mein Geld beizubehalten.

Non abbiamo mai incontrato il proprietario, ma tutto è stato gestito in maniera precisa. L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e dotato di un vicino parcheggio sulla strada. Abbastanza comodo il materasso. La disposizione delle camere è po' strana e il bagno troppo buio. Per il prezzo pagato avrei gradito un po' di attrezzatura in più nella parte cucina. Se siete al piano di sotto come noi preparatevi a sentire un po' di rumore dall'altro appartamento... inoltre è impensabile non mettere un'adeguato tendaggio soprattutto se la camera da letto affaccia direttamente su un lampione della vicina strada.

Appartamento spazioso, abbastanza confortevole il soggiorno (tavolo da pranzo) e divano letto. Un po' meno la cucina, datata e non bellissima ma comunque accessoriata e funzionale. Il letto ha un materasso veramente troppo morbido e non ha una spalliera, quindi avrei preferito avere qualche cuscino in più rispetto al solo guanciale. La nota dolente è il bagno, con tubi a vista e strane pareti. C'è una lavatrice ma non l'asciugatrice. La cosa che più mi è piaciuta è stata il pavimento, con bellissime travi di legno per terra. Anche l'arredamento in generale non era male, ma i locali di servizio, quali il bagno e la cucina, andrebbo sistemati.
