We are so grateful to have them as our wedding planner . Stephanie and her team were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. I love the bouquet and the wedding hall and all the arrangements that they prepared . The dinner that they provided was amazing. We love the hotel so much Most importantly, They made us feel so comfortable on the wedding day , and made sure we were taken care of. The crew were very professional and caring; without them my day would have been hectic. We have already recommended this company to our friends! Stephanie: Thank you for helping .You are amazing! I would highly recomend Christel as a weddingplanner! She is very proffessional, caring and competent. She listens to your wishes and has an amazing way with all other vendors. She never puts you on the spot. If your are looking for the best planner for your big day look no further! Thanks for everything!
Christel Winther is unprofessional and cannot be relied upon. When asked for details she responds and says “people in Denmark don’t want to work.” She doesn’t meet any deadlines. She doesn’t do any of the things she claims on her legal contract. She is in this business to take your money and not deliver. I hired her and she left me in a lurch with 3 months left to my wedding and no vendors and no planning done. Her own planning tool showed that the wedding was only 1% planned. She took a large sum of money, didn’t deliver and left me to do all the work for my wedding. Awful awful experience. I’ve never known someone who would bad mouth their own country! Unfortunately after hiring her I heard from several wedding vendors in Denmark that she was not a good choice. Wish I had known earlier.
Even like the other two before me I can only warn about this company . Collecting the money first , then two weeks before the wedding they come up with funny excuses , first wedding venue is full, then paper work is incomplete. Asking for return of the money - no answers. But , in Denmark are also straight forward Companies, we got married with another company then. The date we wanted and the same paperwork . The one star I have to give to post it , is for the speed they send you the bill !!
Jeg har oplevet The Wedding Company af flere omgange, men primært som erhvervsdrivende. Mit første møde med Christel som ejer the Wedding Company var enormt positivt. Et smilende, glad og venligt menneske, der står på hænder og fødder for at hjælpe og gøre hvad der står i hendes magt for en god oplevelse. Holder sine aftaler til ende, og man føler man får en super behandling. Min bedste anbefalinger til kommende brudepar for at benytte The Wedding Company! For et bryllup du ikke vil undvære.
Stay away! Hun trak sig fra aftalen efter hun havde fået depositum og ville ikke give penge tilbage.
Vor der Wedding Company kann man nur warnen. Sie haben die Notlage, in der wir waren, schamlos ausgenutzt, über 1000 kassiert und keine der versprochenen Leistungen erbracht. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warten wir bis heute und werden einen Anwalt einschalten müssen.
