Super cheeses and milk
Excellent cheese in endless varities. Our favorites are Vesterhavetost and Fyrmester. Also lovely Jersey milk, silky skyr and tastefull butter. We were impressed by all the inventions of the last years. We highly recommend a visit in the shop (you can test all the cheeses). You can also find lovely walks and places for bird watching near by. Update: We are even more impressed that we can buy cheese, butter and the lovely skyr at Denns supermarket in Germany now! It's great to have this culinary holiday highlight at home too.
The best, organic dairy products on the market! And here you can almost get them straight from the cow's...well, you know what I mean :) Fair prices and great selection of fx yoghurt variations you don't find if every grocery store. Would have been interesting if they arranged tours of the place and maybe some sessions where they talked about the different types of cheese, production methods etc. Perhaps some time in the future...
I've bought so much cheese from this place, it's f****** delicious. I recommend Vesterhavsost, Blue Ocean and Sort Kloster, because those are my favourites, but literally any Thise cheese is brilliant. Best cheese on earth.
