My dad took me to this place because he said it was a MUST in Denmark, and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. The guy at the hotdog stand was super friendly, and accommodating to my dislike for pickles and mustard. If you’re traveling through Ribe, Denmark, this is definitely a hot-spot/must-see place to visit!

The hot dogs were excellent. You cannot pay by card here, but you can pay in euros. The person working there did not speak English, but he did speak German and luckily we were with our German friend, although I'm sure we could have ordered by pointing if it came down to it.
The sausage stand has been a popular hotspot for both tourists and locals for years. It serves traditional hotdogs to perfection. The stand is situated next to the northern stream of the Ribe river. Don’t miss out the small water mill just across the street.
