It's an OK place to buy electric and electronic gadgets, nothing really extraordinary and hence the rating. The store attendants are also very OK at providing details of the products and in one instance I experienced rude behaviour too, when I went to purchase a TV.

Untrustworthy!!! I bought phone during black Friday deal paid in advance. Power representative talked me to take Telmore subscription for discount. I agreed after I was assured subscription was better than current plan. But after using for 1 week realized that I am spending 100kr a week to make calls which were supposed to be free. The description of subscription were also confusing saying Free speech plus data. It was my mistake to not do due diligence but I trusted the representative from Power when he confidently said that new plan is way better than current I have.

They have a good way of dealing with issues/returns. I bought a Nintendo switch here and after a couple of weeks realized that one of the controllers didn’t work. Came back to the store and they just gave me a new set worth 700dkk right off the shelf.

My family and i went to power to get a new computer but they were being rude. They skipped us and the employees did not help us. We waited in line for a very long time and we did not even get what we wanted. They had pretty decent products but bad service (for us anyways).
