Delicious and innovative food in a relaxed and cozy environment. So much thought has clearly gone into every dish. The wine pairings were also incredible, and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful, full of passion for what they were serving. A dinner at Vår is a real treat.

Just about the best meal I've had in.... well, ever! Who would have known this existed in Odense. We were visiting for the Xmas holidays and a local friend invited us here. It's a small, intimate place. Maybe only about 5 tables. Service was excellent. We had the 5 course menu with the wine pairing. I can't even tell you exactly what we ate, but everything was amazing and the flavours worked so well together in each dish and as you transitioned to the next item. Portions are small but with the 3 additional included apps, even my husband said he felt satisfied. Wines were great, surprising and complementary. Over all, just amazing. Even more so when you consider that the price point is similar to what you would find for far less refined dining in many other locations in odense and copenhagen. Worth a trip to Odense for sure. Keep up the good work!
Incredible food in a lovely atmosphere. Jacob and his team have the right balance between friendly and professional. The experience really couldn't have been better.
If you're looking for a unique gastronomic food and wine experience, together with a much dedicated service from the staff, in the heart of Odense, Vår is the right choice for you. Expertise and highest quality dishes will grant you this at the very least. Don't forget to visit the cozy bistro upstairs after your dinner if you seek to continue your evening in a great atmosphere and environment.
High quality, but the prices are even higher. :) With those prices, I expect an outstanding dish or two. All dishes were good, though, and very nicely arranged on the plate. They were also very accommodating regarding dietary issues.
