We have just spent a Valentine’s evening at the Pianobar. After being seated we have been informed that they are only serving a standardized menu during that evening. We have not been informed about that when booking but we have decided to just accept that as a fact. However people around us have been ordering freely from the menu. I have ordered a margarita, got it served in a wine glass. After having finished the main course, we have waited for more than 40 minutes for the dessert. We have also noticed that comparing to the other guests obviously having the same special menu, our main course was missing ingredients (green peas). When being done dining I have kindly pointed on the fact that there was a long hair in my food. Our waitress just looked at the hair, took it and walked away with it without saying a word. Then we have paid and due to this unacceptable attitude we do not intend come back or recommend this restaurant. I am still shocked that there was not even a word of apology from their side after me having a hair in my main course.
