Visited the place, but did not interact with the staff. What I saw was enough not to wish to talk to them. Since I speak very well Danish, I was astonished to hear how the employee, which came from behind a door (backstage), spoke to an old man who couldn't even walk. The guy haven't booked an appointment and just showed up in their working time (imagine, how dares he). To this the lady (about 40y.o.) said - unfortunately you must book an appointment no matter the issue you have. I can help you book an appointment with me now - on one of our computers... Is this INHUMAN OR WHAT??? The guy was about 80 y.o.?!?!?!?! Book an appointment ? Are their all Goddesses working in this municipality ??? I hope this 40 y.o. employee will be treated the same way by other younger Danish people when she cannot walk anymore but seeks help!!! DO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER, Odense kommune! Der er Gud og Gud forsinker men han glemmer ikke!

Your experience may vary - mine was fine. I just booked the time slot, delivered the required papers and 5 minutes later I was done. Unexpectedly good service :)

Got to say that this has been the best service ever, have been in a lot of public office's around the world. Went to make a new passport, told them about my situation that I only had a couple of days home in Denmark. They were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best experience with a public office. Way to go.
