Police officers are polite, friendly and relatively co-operative when you meet them. But this office has a lot of irregularities as well. I have experienced several times that this office does not respond when you stand at their door during their opening hours. Generally the door is locked during their opening hours and you have to ring the bell by using the contact on the left of the glass facade. I have seen a sign hanging behind the glass doors saying OPEN while nobody is opening the door, even if you wait and try in 20 minutes. Sometimes you even miss the sign and nobody is there! So do not take this office seriously. The last three times I tried to talk to them no success, and I had to go to the main police station in downtown. This local police station is just a back-up unit in this part of the city for emergency purposes commanded from the central station or if you have an appointment in advance. Not suitable for personal enquiries or your emergency situations.
