One of the best little museums I’ve been to! Very interesting, and the volunteers were so friendly and explained the history of the bunker and the exhibits to us. This was the highlight of Odense for us!

An amazing experience! It is truly sad that the museum is not as known as it should be one of the must see places in Odense. It is driven by volunteers who are knowledgeable, entertaining story tellers with a great sense of humour! For only 50 kr you will get a 2 hour (!) tour into the past and get insights about the Danish history. I could see how much the people care about what they do, and it inspired me greatly The tour is in Danish, but the guides can still give a brief introduction in English, and the suitcase gun will give you a feeling of being in a James Bond movie

If your interested in the cold war and other civil defence crisis, this is very good. Guided tour of the bunker is very informative as well.

A wonderfully maintained museum as it was when it was in use years ago. Most signs are in Danish, with a few informational plaques in English and German.

Incredibly interesting place and surprisingly cheap too, only 50 kroner (when I was there). It's been renovated and set up like it would have been back in the day with call centers and a control room. There's also a small museum connected to it showing how people would have lived in bunkers and how the uniforms changed over time. There's a free guided tour as well which took about an hour and 45 minutes. It adds a lot so I recommend taking the tour of you have time.
