The original plan was that we would have 2 night at the place. We ended up skipping the last night as the conditions at the hotel was simply not at a state where we wanted to sleep for the last night. We had an extra bed in our room for our 8 year daughter to sleep in. The frame on it was broken, meaning it has sharp pointy metal sticking up, that we had to cover with clothes so we could use it, as the reception it not opened on sundays. The room has clearly not been cleaned very good before we came, even though it should be especially important in COVID-19 times. The bathroom shower was so filthy that we could not use it without wearing sandals. The recreational area was dirty with last nights peanuts and chips even though we used it around 5 PM in the afternoon, so clearly that is not being cleaned. It is in general a place that is so worn out that it is not a place that we will ever come back to.

The hotel definetly need some renovation in the bathrooms and some make over (new furniture, etc). Though, the staff is very friendly, there's an indoor pool and everything is clean. Diner was awesome, with some typical danish potatoes, and the breakfast was very good. An overall nice stay, only downside being the building being old and the bathrooms needing to be changed.
Okay service and clean rooms. But the whole place needs a total makeover. It looks like it was last painted around 1990. The food is below average and the wine is terrible. The breakfast buffet was... well you get the point. The waiters did what they could to make up for the rest and we enjoyed the stay because we were there with family and friends.

Charming but tatty. Clean rooms in fact very clean room but the bathroom stunk of mould or stagnent water. What a letdown to the whole experience. The food however was better than anticipated, the service did however not match the quality of the food.
If you want disconnect from society or time travel to 1940's this is diffently the place to go. however if you wanna live a 2018 life with internet. Netflix etc. this is not the place to go, The internet is year 2000 standard and has been so heavily port forwarded / blocked that streaming or playing games is impossible. The rooms are somewhat decent except the smell of mothballs and old people. an upgrade to 2018 standard on atleast the internet would be nice. You would think that you could hotspot on your phone, but forget reception here is non exsisting to VERY poor.
