We craft-roast speciality and sustainable coffee direct sourced from the producing regions or imported through traceable supply chains. We roast small batches with a 15Kg Giesen drum roaster logging every single batch to assure consistency in quality. We mainly focus on espresso and espresso-based beverages specifically designed for the HO.RE.CA market. Besides the wholesale (B2B), we serve also retail markets (B2C) directly through our web shop or from our Nordhavn based roastery, open to the public from february 2016. Our focus is mainly on the "specialty coffee", that is coffee with distinct characteristics provided by special growing and processing conditions at the origin. Coffee labelled as "specialty" comes with information about the place where it was grown, the way it was processed and for some lots, also the price it was paid to the producers. Traceability, together with quality is the key to make the coffee trade more sustainable worldwide. This approach, combined with a fair price for the final consumer, is the right recipe to get specialty coffee enjoyed by the majority of coffee consumers.
