Bunch of people who are doing their best to scam you. I waited half an hour to get connected to customer support on online chat, after I wrote my question I waited 15 minutes without ANY response.... this company is a joke.

Absolutely disgusting customer service setup! If you book a technician they will give you a 6-hour window during the working hours when he \will arrive\, and if you are not home, they will charge you 649 DKK. Now I take a day off, sit and wait, he doesn't show up. Try to call their customer service, wait for 10mins to get through the automated voice nonsense until finally get to the live person. Customer service agent explains I need to wait for another 6mins till he calls the technical department and figures out what is the issue. So Stofa made a mistake in their booking system. Then he takes my phone number, as he needs to call the \time-booking department\ to find a new time :D But why don't you pay me the 649 DKK for skipping the entire workday? Classical, extremely bad department-based customer service... While customer-service employees are kind and helpful, but management setup is useless.

Det værste internet nogensinde, det falder konstant ud og der er ikke en ordentlig forbindelse den seneste månede har mit internet kontinuerligt været nede omkring kl 22-00 i perioder af op til 20 minutter, det værste produkt, især til de priser de franarre folk.

Utroligt at det kan lade sig gøre at Stofa kan opkræve penge uden at specificere en faktura, de henviser til at man skal logge ind på \mine sider\ på stofa - når man så gør det og bruger de numre stofa oplyser på opkrævningen bliver henvendelsen afvist!

Synes det er utroligt at man i 2018 ikke kan levere stabilt tv og internet. Specielt internettet går ned flere gange på en måned. Overvejer kraftigt at skifte udbyder!
