Nice with the self service opening outside of hours, but sad there is only access to fiction at such times

The library itself is nice enough, the facilities and the services offered are also quite fine. The people who visit though are not so fine. Most of them obviously don't know how to behave in a library and are obnoxiously loud. With no access to a quiet space, studying or even doing some casual reading there is close to impossible. Tried multiple times - 9/10 would not recommend.
Nice place for public events
Nice and friendly staffs good place for reading self service - no silent reading room - reading areas are closed out of staffs' working hours
The noisiest library I have ever tried to study in. There are no separate reading rooms so high school students and screaming children can be heard throughout.
It is really nice place especially for parents with kids :-) Free wifi, computers, games, books, toys etc. There are also many nice activities happens in library.
God stemning
