I recommend this clinic to all families who embroider a pregnancy. Kindness, professionalism and attention to the patient both remotely and on site. It was an extremely positive experience, thanks to Vitanova I am pregnant and I am making my dream come true.

They seemed caring they also came across as sloppy and careless. No review of my medical history and no review of the tests. One thing that Vitanova missed that the other clinics caught right away is that my blood tests showed that I needed Vitamin D which could help with Implantation. Vitanova did not even notice so I did not feel that they reviewed my tests in detail..they simply apply a one size fits all approach.. I asked lots of questions but was not offered any medical explanations. They dismissed my questions and simply said that they were very experienced and knew best..it did not reassure me.. I had traveled a long way and spent a lot of time and money..While they expressed care, I did not feel that they paid attention to my personal circumstances to make sure that I could get the best chance. For IVF. They seemed very low tech compared to other clinics Lovely facilities though

I just had my first IVF and it worked! I felt all the time in very good hands and every call and email has been answered shortly. My situation was not easy because I had a liver transplant just 32 months ago, so I knew I am a high risk and need a good care. Everyone was very kind and nice. I give \just\ 4 stars because of the costs. Not that they dont inform you, but you cant imagine all costs at the beginning before you plan. Also I used donor sperm from a sperm bank in Copenhagen, because I wanted some information and choose the father not just eyecolor and hair. And even if the sperm has been handled there for 2-3 days I had to pay around 200 Euro for the whole year. But at least I am the happiest person at the moment.

Une clinique où l'incompétence et la non considération de l'être humain règnent en maître. Vous paierez très cher pour un service médiocre. Fuyez. Incompetence is the law in this clinic. They don't consider you as a human being but as a cash machine. Very expensive for poor results. Save your money and go somewhere else.
