I ordered a door handle from VillaHus one month ago, I paid 23 pounds for 2-3 day delivery and the handle never arrived. I have sent multiple emails to them and the company doesn't even have the professionalism to reply. They essentially stole my money and have shown no interest in returning it or sending me the product. Avoid like the plague.

Beware.... I placed an order in May and I only received part of my shipment - there is AJ Door handles missing. Since this incident, I have emailed on several occasions, only to be ignored. I have called, only to be played a recorded message during opening hours. I have left this review in desperation of being ignored. Villahus have kept our money and not sent part of the shipment. Update - It is now November and we were never sent the handles, we had no choice but to claim a refund on our credit card which the seller tried to hold onto. We are very disappointed as we wanted to replace all the handles in our house and cannot buy them anywhere else. Very strange company...

Nicht zufriedenstellend Vor 3 Woche ein angeblich \auf Lager\ liegendes Produkt bestellt. 4. Woche: Es ist jemand ans Telefon gegangen und erstaunlicher Weise wurde die sofortige Lieferung zugesagt. HEUTE IST DAS PAKET TATSÄCHLICH EINGETROFFEN !!!! Bin ich happy, dass die Sache zu Ende ist.

Habe meine bestellte Ware schnell bekommen, leider der Kundenservice existiert nicht! Nach der Bezahlung hab die Rezensionen gelesen und Panik bekommen. Darauf wollte ich die Firma kontaktieren, leider vergeblich. Meine Griffe sind angekommen, trotzdem Kundenbetreuung wäre empfehlenswert!

Købte et dørhåndtag med henblik på at se det installeret og eventuelt returnere det, såfremt det ikke passede. Besluttede mig for et andet håndtag, som jeg købte 15 stk af hos VillaHus. Da jeg efterfølgende leverede det første tilbage ville de fratrække ca 30% for at pudse det op...Selv kunne jeg ikke konstatere nødvendigheden heraf.
