Terrible experience. After sending online my files to print, I received an email with quote and payment instructions. Was very expensive but ok! The problem was that the payment instructions were wrong, that means I sent the money to wrong place and at Vesterkopj they just said: “sorry about that, please make the payment”. Unfortunately, I already did and without my money back, I can’t continue with the printing. The treatment was very disappointing. Now I don’t have printing nor money.

I had to print 6 pages, so I placed the order online. I received a mail from them with an estimate cost of 126dk, which I had to accept because they’re the only printing shop in town apparently. It took them 2 HOURS to do the job. I went there after 1 hour and half, and got told to come back in 30 minutes... I don’t understand what’s more ridiculous, if it’s the price they charge or the nerve they have, to claim it takes 2 hours to print 6 pages. Also, I asked for a black and white print, I repeated that several times, and still they printed in colours. (and charged extra for it). Giving 1 star but wish I could give 0.

Worst service I’ve seen in Denmark in a very long time. They told me to scan my own documents but they didn’t even bother to come look at the error message I was getting constantly. I just left and nobody bothered
Worst copy shop ever. Scanned my documents 15 minutes ago (14 pages B/W), and am STILL waiting for them to transfer to the computer! Employee says this is normal. It is not. EVEN WORSE - the scanned files (passports, architect drawings etc) are not even deleted, but accessible to and sharable by whoever enters :o. This is completely unethical.
After trying numerous times to try to print a simple A4 gloss page job, my work was never delivered and it was extremely hard to get feedback or assistance from anyone.
VERY NICE SERVICE! I emailed 3 hours ahead of my arrival in copenhagen, and sent 1x2CV's of four pages and 1x2 motivational letters. the woman who printed in there gave me a free plastic enevlope. not much, but the shear execution of this made me arrive just on time to meet with my student councellor from another country who was on tour. top stars! I could not have done it wihtout you guys!
