Very competitive pricing (at least for the van I was renting), and easy and quick handover of keys, and return of the vehicle after the rental period.

Very good service and good fares. The car was brand new (just 250 km) clean and with full gasoline. No problem at the check out, there is a gas station just outside the car park.

I'm very pleased with the service I've received at this place. Pick up was easy. Offering to put the fare for crossing the bridge on my credit card up front was convenient, and the car was brand new and a class higher than I had booked and paid fore. The only disappointment was when dropping of the car at CPH airport. No shuttle bus to the terminal. No trolley for my luggage. Had to carry my heavy duffle bag all the way. But maybe this is an airport issue?

The sevice on site is excellent, but their pricing and how they charge a new deposit every month, being late with a deposit from last month, makes renting here rather problematic. I would recommend to avoid Sixt, if possible.

Super service and very helpfull staff. I've rented cars a bunch of times now and often I get better models than what I booked - at the same good price. Often the value here is better than most car sharing options. My warmest recommendations :)

First of all, Sixt could not accept VISA through Apple Pay nor European Digital Drivers License, the staff was very appological and ashamed of that. Saying that Sixt computers system is so “rigged”/“hectic” or something like that. I did not receive the type of car I paid for and I did also not receive “Diesel” that I paid additionally for. After finishing my booking and paying for the car I noticed that I got an additional “young drivers charge”, I am 25. The staff was nice but I was not told of the additional charge even though I had asked if there was anything additional. A weird thing also happened was that the staff checked the “I accept terms and conditions” for me, he was nice and it was well-intended to save time because I had been waiting for so long.

Customer service on-site was excellent, but the communication prior to picking up the car can be improved -- the customer service agent who was writing to me, kept getting dates and other information wrong. Apart from that I think everything was good. I was a bit worried about extra charges when returning the car (based on other reviews) but I only paid a small surcharge for exceeding the agreed mileage and nothing else. I put down a deposit before picking up the car which I was supposed to get back when returning it, but due to technical problems they only managed to get it back to me two weeks after I had returned the car. The car itself was nice and clean and I got the exact model that I requested upfront.

I was charged for damages resulting from pre existing damages which had also been known and noted. When I protested I only received unsatisfactory replies. Pickup was great, though so 2/5. Also they did not overcharge on the repair and i received an invoice instead of them simply charging my card.
