You will be lucky if you manage to get an appointment. It’s been 10 days since I called them to make an appointment with a trichologist and I was told that they don’t have an access to the calendar (?!), so they will ask the doctor about any room in his schedule. Since then I called them for a few times, and I was told the same. Apparently the doctors and receptionists are too busy in this clinic to talk to each other.

Jeg er glad for, at have fået lavet mit nye hår hos Hud og Hårklinikken. Ikke mindste takket det søde personale, som gjorde deres bedste for at jeg skulle føle mig godt tilpas og konstant kommunikere med mig under hele forløbet, så jeg hele tiden vidste hvad der foregik. 1000 tak!
