Notoriously proven to fix our housing issues such as broken window, door, heating, with delays that last up to month. With poor management and little effort, they only email back apologizing for the inconvenience while they fail to deal with their tenants’ issues. It is even more surprising that they have not changed their company’s system even after getting raided with negative reviews, which reflects lack of costumer care and empathy.

This is a terrible company. I rented a room for the summer (2.5 months), at the end I cleaned my room very thoroughly like I never cleaned anything before because I heard they are quite strict. Well, they found a dirty spot in the corner - charged 100 USD for it. Similar with the freezer: everything was clean but there was a little ice build up since the door was not closing well, again charge of 100 USD. There are many other good alternative housing options in Copenhagen. Stay away from these people.

NEVER rent at Housing Foundation. They 1) did not provide good internet for half a year 2) did surprise cleaning inspections with crazy cleaning standards 3) tried to charge for a 30s cleaning by a cleaning personel 4) were completely rude 5) invented problems with refunding my deposit, apparently my VISA was not working, so they couldn't send the money there (surprisingly all of my friends who also lived with them had the same problem but had different credit card companies) 6) said to do a transfer with bank instead but that would cost me 7) When confronting them with legal actions it miracolously worked for the credit card of my parents 8) MONTHS after that they suddenly sent me the deposit on my VISA, then took more money back (lost again 50!) ABSOLUTE SCAM, I am still mad.

DON'T EVER RENT THERE! They are real Crooks, they take advantage of students, They will rip you off with extra payments everywhere... the apartments are old dirty, and not well maintained... i stayed for a 6-month in øresundkolegiet it felt like living in a jail... the Personnel is way impolite and not helpful at all they are protected by all this rules and refuse to give you all sorts of important information for example they refused to give me an invoice for my monthly payments... Real institutional piracy.

Taking advantadge of students. They charge you for anything even if the cleaning is perfect. Every single one of my friends had the same experience.

DO NOT RENT APARTMENT FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE DO NOT. They took 1800 dkk for just cleaning place which was really cleaned, we had to pay 500dk for top mattress which when we moved to the apartment mattresses were not new. in total, they took 5000dkk of our deposit for literally nothing. IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT an apartment from them, you should do: 1. Do not please, for real! do not this. 2. take a photo from the place after you moved in. From everything like mattresses, sinks, faucets, the place where faucets is connected to the sink, every spot on the ground, if the wall has some marks take a photo from it. They going to charge you latter for tiny single trash on ground. 3. take a photo from everything that is unusual ( you are going to negotiate with those photos with the devil, so be wary) 4. send the all photos to their email. 5. ask them to change mattress. I also should mention that we asked them why you guys have so negative comments, they said bla bla they are just angry tenants don't listen to them! bla bla. I'm coming from a poor country and all the money I saved is f*****ed up now, I hope one day they understand that's not the way of making money. I know lots of Danish; they are honest and best people ever. MY COMMENT TO YOU HOUSING FOUNDATION, do not ruin danish dignity. shame

This organisation is the mafia of the housimg world. They always charges you for things that you were not supposed to pay. I have ask many times to have some things in my room fixed but they keep ignoring me. At the end of courses as everyone knows they never return the deposit finding the silliest excusies. Never trust this company.
