To Øl is located in København, Denmark on Slotsgade 2, 1st floor. To Øl is rated 4.6 out of 5 in the category brewery in Denmark. We started out as a home brewing project back in 2005 and went on to be officially established in 2010. For nine long and fun years, we operated as a gypsy brewery, lending in on other breweries spare capacity to brew beers. In 2019 we took over a huge former food factory in the Western part of Zealand, Denmark, where we’re setting up a full-blown, specially designed brewery and craft beverage hub called To Øl City. The facility is a 15000 m2 ground with 26.600 m2 of buildings we can use for brewing, barrel aging, distilling, as well as many other projects we’ve been waiting to pursue.\n\nWe brew the beers we want to drink ourselves and strive to brew the best beers in the world. We brew a wide range of different craft beers; some potent and provocative, others fresh and floral. We brew hoppy, balanced and complex beers both light, dark, strong and simple. We brew the beers we want to drink ourselves and work to brew the best beers in the world. In 2016 we opened our brewpub BRUS in Nørrebro, Copenhagen and in March 2017 a small BRUS bar in Oslo, Norge. To Øl is apart from this co-owners on a number of bar and shop projects counting; Mikkeller & Friends, Koelschip, Mikropolis, Bottleshop in Torvehallerne PLUS Mikkeller & Friends bar i Reykjavik, Island. To Øl is in a thriving development and we constantly experience an increased experience for our products. We export to more than 45 countries around the World. To Øl has been among the Top 100 brewers on RateBeer since 2012 and was in 2014 awarded the 9th best brewery in the world.
