A year ago we bought a full year access pass on the 30th of December. Yesterday we were told it gives access in current month plus 11 months, which meant ours had expired on Novmber 30th. We weren't told this when we purchased it, and I think they should have made us aware of that. Tivoli is turning into an ice cold money machine and is loosing the charm, warmth and hygge it has been known for previously.
