Fantastic variety of Thai/Chinese and Japanese imports. One of the first in town. Prices on the mid-higher end.

Best Asian grocery store in Copenhagen. Huge selection of produce at very reasonable prices. Frozen dumplings are half the price here than they are at other stores in the area.

I bought frozen spring roll papers, where the packaging turned out to be broken. I returned within half an hour, to get a new package, from the owner who had just sold it to me. He said he couldn’t know that i had bought it from him, and that it wasn’t his fault, that I had poured water on the package. After telling him that he wasn’t allowed to sell me frozen food, with a broken packaging (and a long discussion) he said he’d only return it, if I had the receipt. I went home, found it, and came back. He then tried to argue that it was my fault for pouring water on the packaging again, but having already agreed to returning it, he begrudgingly let me take a new one (after a long discussion once again) On the way out he told me that he wouldn’t return the second package if I poured water on it. I told him that he couldn’t say that. Which he reacted to by saying “don’t tell me what i am allowed to do” and took the package from my hand and threw it on the ground in front of me saying “I don’t know if you broke it like that.” I said I wanted another package than the one he just threw on the ground (spring roll paper is fragile) to which I got a “no” and after giving me the 32kr back, he refused to let me buy a package. All this because of 32 krs worth of spring roll paper. I’m really quite in shock.

The place to go, if you need anything for Asian cuisine! Will meet all your tofu-, sauce-, noodles- and sweets-need. They also have kitchen tools like steamers and woks. And the ladies who work there are so so sweet, and happy to help
