I really like this company particularly this place. It is quiet small Telia's telephone boutique shop in the city center, the sales staffs are very friendly , quiet efficient and most they are knowledgeable in terms of gadgets.

Excellent at greeting and giving a sound offer. But more could be done with the sanitising at the store entrance, in these Covid-19 days.
They tried to help but couldn't because Callme is only online...
Worst customer service
First the operator ,,forgot,, to tell me about the subscription apply fee (100 dkk) - Telia Nørreport (Købmagergade 57, 1150 København) Operator: Michael M. And second when I asked him what unlimited include and if international calls are included? He said yes , unlimited means everything included. But at the end of the month I got a big surprise ,I was asked to pay a triple bill for my subscription. After the bill problem, it's also the fact that theirs 4G is not 4G, very often is switching to 3G in the middle of Copenhagen. And I know sometimes it's because of the phone but I have a S9 plus so I don't think is the case, before I used a Lebara sim card,witch is much cheaper, and I never had any problem.
Have been here few times. Always recieved good service, super helpfull and friendly staff.
