About a year ago I called them to cancel all subscriptions as I moved to another provider. They confirmed the cancelation. I don't often check my automatic payments in the bank, but recently I found out they were charging me for 1 subscription. So I called them to ask what the hell, and they said I can't get back my money but they can cancel the last subscription, which was for HBO. I remembered they offered 6 months free HBO once which I took. They also failed to inform me that after 6 months it becomes a subscription. Now a month later I found out that my sub is still not cancelled. Very annoying to get service from complete amateurs and lose money on it. I hope they go bankrupt, that's what they deserve.
