This store is a big dissapointment and Telia should double check if the staff is qualified enough to work within service and sale. I visited the store approximately 2 weeks ago to pre-order a new phone. There was no interest in helping the clients and selling products, they rather spoke to each other. At that point I had no energy to write a review, but after what happen yesterday... I have to aware others: Don't buy in this store! I was supposed to pick up my new phone at this store but when I arrived, they told me that they've sent the phone to Rødovre Centrum instead. The people working said that I had to go there instead - seriously? First of all, I decided to go to Fisketorvet because it was close to where I live, and now I have to buy train tickets? Secondly, they gave zero f*cks. Keep going Telia, and you'll continue loosing clients!

I have visited this telia store today with a request to make on order for new phone but the reality was that they are not able to do it for me. The reason I went there is that I was not able to do it online and have been receiving errors all the time. Employees just told me to place an order online with no intention to help me.
