Not that good . Ordered and iPhone mini online , it arrived quickly . I didn’t like it therefore I wanted to return it . I called and I was told I couldn’t return it if I had opened the package . But that the person on the phone would call the shop and let them know about the return of the phone , you see as a special favor , so only if they guys in the shop gave their “ amen “ . Gave back the phone . Cancelled the subscription. Perfect Ordered a new one to pick up on the same shop the day after , I reach there with my wife and the person working in the shop was kind of rude and I got the feeling it was because we are not Danish . Either way go there and I say where is my phone , “ oh I’m gonna check “ he said . “ it hasn’t even been sent yet “ Me and my wife not happy with the situation but ok . Gave them another call . Where is the phone my friend ? It’s still in our factory In Sweden . ????!??? I hope you all can understand my frustration, if you have a problem these people won’t care about helping you , therefore I want to raise awareness for the kind of company they are running and the kind of customer service for foreign people aswell ! Have a wonderful day ! Guess what I opened my boxes bow and I got 2 headphones !!! Amazing job guys you can’t even pick the right packages im cancelling the service and going somewhere else.
Easily switched from Telia to Telenor broadband without any problems.
Telenor MVNO was host at a local usergroup meeting. Great facilities.
